Teachers, translators, interpreters, and certifiers are subject to pre-screening based on their studies in French language teaching and prior training in the ALLO FRANÇAIS Method before coming into contact with the Client. In addition, all company members are subject to a background check to ensure the safety of students. Service Availability ALLO FRANÇAIS reserves the right to modify the range of Services at any time. Some offers may have a limited validity period, which will be indicated for each service or range of services. ALLO FRANÇAIS undertakes to fulfill requests received in the Contact Options only within the limits of available stock. Exceptionally, a service advertised as available on the website may become unavailable after the final registration of the request. In the event of service unavailability, ALLO FRANÇAIS will inform the Customer that the out-of-stock service is being discontinued: - by email; - by telephone; - via social media (WhatsApp). The service will be refunded within thirty (30) days of payment.
