In this regard, this Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data when you use the Site. We process all your personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations, particularly those resulting from the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obliged Subjects of the State of Yucatán of July 17, 2017, on Personal Data Protection, as well as any legislation or regulations that complement or replace this Regulation. Within the meaning of the applicable regulations, Allo Français acts as the data controller for the processing described in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE(S)?

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the Customer's rights and obligations in the context of the online sale of the Services offered by ALLOFRANCAIS through the Contact Options available (Website, Telephone, Social Media, Text Message, Email, or Personally). They specifically specify the terms and conditions for requesting services, payment, delivery, and handling any refunds for the Services ordered by the Customer in the Contact Options.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Within Allo Français, and with respect to each processing operation, your personal data is only communicated or made available to those persons to whom it is necessary to communicate it for the purposes and purposes of the processing in question. Your personal data may also be communicated to third parties in connection with the purposes of the corresponding processing. Furthermore, your personal data is stored, in principle, on servers located in the State of Yucatán, Mexico. However, we may be required to transmit some of your personal data to recipients, third parties to Allo Français, located in different countries, including outside of Mexico. In this case, these transfers of personal data to countries outside of Mexico will be supervised to ensure an adequate level of protection, either through a decision by the Congress of the State of Yucatán (adequacy decision) or through legal instruments such as data transfer contracts. For any requests related to the transfer of personal data outside of Mexico that we may make, you can contact us at the addresses indicated in the "Contact Us" section below.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE COLLECTED DATA?

We only retain your personal data for as long as strictly necessary for the purpose of processing. For accounts created on the website, we count 3 years after the last connection to the site; for registrations for programs, courses, and support networks (YouTube), we count 1 year after the course completion.

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?

We are committed to protecting your personal data. To this end, we take all necessary physical, technical, and organizational measures to prevent any unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as the accidental loss, destruction, or damage to your personal data.

The right of access means that you may request us at any time to inform you whether we are processing personal data that concerns you and, if so, to inform you about which personal data is being processed, as well as the characteristics of the processing(s) carried out. The right to rectification means that you can ask us to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate. You can also request that your personal data, if incomplete, be completed to the extent relevant to the purpose of the processing in question. The right to erasure means that you can request the deletion of your personal data, particularly when: (i) its retention is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected; (ii) your personal data is processed based on your consent, you wish to withdraw this consent, and there is no other legal basis that can justify the processing; (iii) you have objected to the processing of your personal data and therefore wish it to be deleted; (iv) your personal data has been processed unlawfully; (v) your personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation provided for by the law of the State of Yucatán. Restriction of processing means that the processing of your personal data will only involve the storage of your personal data. We will then no longer perform any further operations on the personal data in question. The right to object means that you may object to the processing of your personal data when this processing is based on Ladurée's legitimate interest. The right to object is exercised upon justification of a legitimate reason related to your particular situation. The right to define directives regarding the fate of your data after your death allows you to make known your instructions regarding the storage, deletion, and communication of your personal data after your death. The right to data portability means that you can request, under the conditions provided for by applicable law, that we receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmit it to you, or request that we transmit it directly to a third party of your choice when legally and technically feasible.
